1. How to wash CHOKALAT underwear?

Wash CHOKALAT underwear on cool 30*C degrees with a gentle soap to best maintain the organic bamboo fabric. Do not wash on high heat.

Do not tumble dry; air dry only.

We reinvented the men’s underwear, which will gives you the unprecedented pleasure wearing experience.

Chokalat underwear are made from viscose organically grown bamboo.

3. Where are your products made?

Our products are designed at our HQ in UK. Our garments are manufactured in Asia, where the best bamboo is grown!

Your Chokalat underwear should feel comfortable, as well as being attached in all the correct places.

If you prefer your underwear to fit a little looser, then select a size up.

5. Can I buy mix and match and still get the discount?

Yes you can mix and match colours and sizes and our checkout will apply the volume discount.

6. How can I confirm that my order was successful?

After placing an order, you’ll see a confirmation message on your screen and receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you encounter any issues, contact us at shop@chokalatlondon.com

7. Can I cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders right away or the next day. However, you can try to reach out to us via the contact form.

8. Can I amend my order?

Since we usually send the orders right away or the next day, we cannot promise anything. However, you can try to reach us via contact form and specify what you would like to change in your order.

9. Did someone say FREE delivery?

Chokalat offers free delivery to any UK address as standard for orders over £35! Royal Mail Tracked is included. All orders under that threshold will be subject to normal Royal Mail shipping rates.

10. Do you ship worldwide

Yes  – Unfortunately, we cannot provide free shipping on all worldwide Orders.

11. How long until my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched the same day or the next day and delivered within an estimated time of 2 to 5 working days , including Saturdays. This service is available in the United Kingdom.

12. What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time-frame, please contact our Customer Service team at shop@chokalatlondon.com

Return, Exchange & Refund

13.Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage cost.

14. Incorrect Items

If  you have received an incorrect order please contact us via contact form or email  shop@chokalatlondon.com quoting your name address and order number with details of the item received and the item ordered.

15. Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes. We might not even ask you to return the item first. Find out more on our Try It Guarantee page. We will send out the correct items for free. Chat with us via contact form or email us at shop@chokalatlondon.com

16. What can I do if I want to return/exchange a item?

It’s easy as! Reach out to us via our contact us page  to initiate the returns/exchange process.

17. Will I receive a full refund if I return my items?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your invoice number or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us through the contact section or email us at shop@chokalatlondon.com

Once you’ve sent the return please contact us with proof of shipping. Please allow for 14 working days for us to process your refund, if you wish to exchange for a different size please let us know which size you would like and we will arrange a different size to be sent to you.

18. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned items. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

19. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept  most forms of payment. This includes credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay

20. When will payment be taken?

Your card payment will be debited immediately when your order, and you will receive an email to your confirm.

21. Are there items you cannot refund, exchange & return?

Underwear are items that are classed as intimate are non refundable and/or exchangeable.
