RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If you notified us within 14 days of receiving your order, all returns are quality checked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Refunds will not be given if the items do not comply with our returns policy. You will also need your invoice number or proof of purchase to initiate a return. Please get in touch with us through the contact section or email us at shop@chokalatlondon.com.

Once you’ve sent the return please contact us with proof of shipping. Please allow for 14 working days for us to process your refund, if you wish to exchange for a different size please let us know which size you would like and we will arrange a different size to be sent to you.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage cost.

If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Incorrect Items

If  you have received an incorrect order please contact us via contact form or email shop@chokalatlondon.com quoting your name address and order number with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also say if you require a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 28 days for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We’re extremely sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you, please contact us via the “Contact Us” section or email us at shop@chokalatlondon.com

Product details

Description of the fault

Picture of the fault  

We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt.

REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well

Late or missing refunds- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form or at shop@chokalatlondon.com
