To prove it, we are offering you 30 days to try your first pair of Chokalat. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll give you a FULL REFUND on your First Pack. However, if you are not completely satisfied with their comfort, fit, or quality  if notified with 14days of receiving your order, no questions asked. This offer applies to 1 pair of underwear only. Please only try on 1 pair of underwear.

Applies to first underwear order with Chokalat only
Please bear in mind the ‘first pair guarantee’ only applies to your first order with Chokalat. Any subsequent orders with Chokalat will not be covered by the first pair guarantee. After the first order, we will only accept returns of unopened items. We will not refund items from subsequent orders that have been tried on.

What if I’ve ordered multiple purchases in my first order?

No problem as long as you try on just one pair. That first one is yours to try, wear, and see if it’s right for you. If it is, you keep it. If not, we’ll grant a refund or exchange for a different size for your first single pair (1) without needing you to send it back. However, the remaining items in your order should be returned to us must be unopened, we only accept items back that are still unopened in their original packaging.

The customer will be responsible paying the returns postage.
